Wellness On William Street is now offering 3 group training classes per week to compliment your weight training sessions and to help you improve your all round health and fitness. Our classes will be limited to 6 people, so please let us know if you would like to attend one of the sessions.

Wellness On William Street is now offering 3 group training classes per week to compliment your weight training sessions and to help you improve your all round health and fitness. Our classes will be limited to 6 people, so please let us know if you would like to attend one of the sessions.

Group Boxing – Thursdays 5:30pm-6pm

Learn new skills, get your heart rate up and burn off some frustration from the week with our group boxing class. Gloves and pads are provided, but we would recommend buying some inner gloves to start and if you enjoy it enough- purchase your own gloves.

No prior experience is necessary, and we will go at a pace you feel comfortable with. Please feel free to bring your own partner with you if you have someone of similar strength and ability.

Cardio HIIT Class – Saturdays 9:30-10am

Start the weekend right with a 30minute High Intensity Interval Training Session and get your heart rate up. We will be using some equipment and also a lot of body weight exercises to keep you moving throughout and keep your heart pumping. If you have injuries then modifications can me made to the workout for you, with either regressions of exercises or substitutions.

Sergio’s Saturday Stretch & Mobility Session – 10-10:30am

Unwind after a hard week and improve your mobility and flexibility with Sergio- our expert movement specialist. Each week he will work on different areas of the body to help improve your range of movement for your exercises and day to day life. (please note you don’t need to have come to the cardio class to attend the stretch session)
