Yoga Therapy is different from a regular yoga class because it is personalized and focused on healing and wellbeing rather than fitness or performance. Each session is adapted to the person’s individual needs, using therapeutic movement, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques to support pain relief, stress reduction, mobility, and nervous system balance.

Sessions include movement, stretching, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques. Some sessions may also include mobility or posture correction exercises.


60 min session:
Movement & mobility – 25 min
Breathwork & nervous system regulation – 10 min
Stretching & relaxation – 15 min
Assessment & guidance – 10 min
Or add on -30 min session:
• Movement & mobility – 10 min
• Breathwork & nervous system regulation – 5 min
• Stretching & relaxation – 10 min
• Assessment & guidance – 5 min

This service is great for people experiencing stress, tension, poor posture, back or neck pain, stiffness, fatigue, anxiety, or recovering from injuries. It also supports people wanting more balance and connection with their body.

No yoga experience is needed 

 Sessions are adapted to each person’s needs and goals, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and wellbeing.
