Having worked in the Darlinghurst community for the last 12 years, we understand that our clients want to find a balance between being healthy, but enjoying a lifestyle of eating out, and occasionally unwinding with some glasses of wine on the weekend.
We don’t prescribe diets to our client, we will never tell you exactly what you should and shouldn’t eat, but more educate you on understanding what it currently going into your body, how it may be affecting you and what are some alternative options for you. We will then help to motivate you, and if you like hold you accountable to improving your nutrition so you are in a healthier place tomorrow than you were today.
Nutrition is not always as simple as ‘’good’’ and ‘’bad’’, there’s a whole lot of grey in the middle and what may be ‘’good’’ for one person, may not be so good for another person. So sometimes its being more aware of how food is affecting us, our mood, energy levels etc. A lot of this is down to spikes in your blood glucose levels, so we can help you with ways to limit the spikes and help give you more consistent energy levels throughout the day.
Do you understand what proteins, carbohydrates and fats are? What they do? Which ones are better for you? Well we can help with that, by providing in-depth one on one nutrition sessions and also talking to you during your session.
