Deborah- Increased Bone Density

I’ve dedicated myself to training for approximately three years now, and the progress in my strength, bone density and posture has been truly remarkable.

While my mindset hasn’t undergone a complete overhaul, this journey has reinforced my belief in the universal benefits of training, regardless of age or health condition. Taking care of both mind and body over the long term is paramount for a fulfilling existence.

Initially, my journey with Rowan began when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Before that, my exercise regimen mainly revolved around yoga and stationary biking. This however was not enough to help stop be getting osteoporosis and having lower bone density.

I eagerly await my training sessions and feel their absence keenly even during vacations. My primary goal was to bolster my strength and preserve bone density, and my trainer has been instrumental in helping me achieve these objectives.

By encouraging me to challenge myself with heavier weights and persist through difficult exercises, my trainer ensures that I maintain proper form, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of each session. The knowledge that someone is expecting me at the studio serves as a powerful motivator to stay consistent.

For those contemplating embarking on a training journey, my advice is to start with something, no matter how modest. Persistence is key to reaping long-term rewards. Beginning a program lays the groundwork for establishing a routine, making it easier to carve out time and find motivation for regular training. Knowing that a trainer is awaiting your arrival provides that extra push to remain dedicated.

The results I’ve achieved thus far have been nothing short of incredible. Coupled with other lifestyle adjustments, such as dietary changes, I’ve managed to increase my bone density by 20%, thereby boosting my confidence in my long-term health prospects.
